EasyGIENIC

EasyGIENIC is an advanced sanitation solution for hand sanitation in healthcare sector, designed to guarantee safety and regulation compliancy. It is possible to set three device working modes, based on the needs: dispensing with BLE identification of the operator, dispensing with NFC certification of the soap bottle, and a combination of the two.

Recorded dispensing with operator identification

Integrating BLE technology, the system can both detect the dispensation and identify the operator that requested the hand sanitation.

• A BLE time-of-flight sensor in the dispenser detects the dispensing request.
• A nearby BLE gateway identifies the operator via their BLE beacon.
• The dispensation is automatically associated to the operator ID and recorded.
• An anonymous ID is associated to dispensations where no BLE beacon is detected.

This feature allows to associate an identified subject to any sanitation event.

NFC-certified dispensing

This working mode allows the dispenser to function only with certified soap that can be identified via NFC technology. In fact, every bottle has a NFC tag, which is automatically read by the device at every activation.

• Adjustable bottle volume
• The maximum number of dispensations is set based on the bottle volume and monitored by a counter
• Once the maximum number of dispensations is reached, dispensing stops.

This feature guarantees the use of certified products, preventing illicit refill.
