Use cases

EasySAFE is a fundamental piece to the global tracking solution in healthcare facilities. This solution comes either as RFID conversion kit for cabinets, or as a complete RFID cabinet.

EasySAFE can be used for many purposes, such as:

Drug tracking and managing

With EasySAFE, extreme control over medicine stockpiles is guaranteed, monitoring expiry dates and quantity. Of course, every med must be tagged with RFID tags, allowing to recover information such as expiry date, batch and pharmacy code. Supply can also be automated based on the hospital ward needs, via automatic order submission to the hospital pharmacy. Furthermore, deposits and withdrawals can be associated to the operator, if the cabinet integrates the access control module.
With EasySAFE theft and illicit withdrawal of medicines is avoided, and control over expiry dates and stock is a the top.

Prosthesis management

Just like with medicines, EasySAFE allows to keep a constant eye over RFID tagged prosthesis. Losses, thefts, and mistakes are zeroed, greatly increasing control over withdrawals. Prosthesis are always tracked and, when withdrawn, associated to the liable operator.
